We issue secure QR-coded digital tickets with on-site scanning, guest-list management and a live sales dashboard. Buyers receive their ticket by email and SMS instantly.
Yes — tickets are non-refundable but transferable to another named guest up to 48 hours before doors open. Contact us with both names and we will reissue the QR code.
We scale from intimate private ceremonies to large institutional and corporate events. Guest count is the biggest single driver of budget, so we lock it in early.
Dress code is set per event and always stated on the ticket and invitation. For our formal dinners it is black tie, and traditional Ghanaian formal wear is warmly welcomed.
Every outdoor plan we produce ships with a documented wet-weather contingency — covered structures, alternate indoor layouts and a decision deadline agreed with you in advance.
